All payments are due by 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Bi-weekly or monthly payment options are available upon request. Payments can be made with cash, personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.
Child-care fees are due regardless of whether or not your child attends daycare unless they are using a free day. Five free days will be given after three months of attendance.

FEES

Late Fee:

$1.00 per minute per child after
6:00 p.m.

No Call No Show Fee:

$10.00 per day per child will be charged if the child is not brought as arranged without notice in addition to the weekly fee. Child-care services will be terminated after 5 days of No Call No Shows.

Late Payment Fee:

$10.00 per day per child that payment is not received.

Child will not be accepted until payment is paid in full.
If payment is not received after 7 calendar days, child-care services will be terminated and our collection

process will begin.

Returned Check Fee:
$25.00 per check plus the weekly fee owed will be due within 24 hours of the return check notice. Cash, money order, or cashier checks will only be accepted in the future. If payment is not received after 7 days, child-care services will be terminated and our collection process will begin.

Termination Fee:
$50.00 will be charged if the parent does not give a two week notice to withdraw their child from Tammy's Playhouse.

Parents will be responsible to pay all costs associated with the collection process of any unpaid debt owed to Tammy's Playhouse.

EXTENDED CARE

Extended care is based on availability and is not part of normal operational hours. All fees will be paid in advance before services begin.

up to 8 hours of care
1 meal and 1 snack

All children need to be bathed before coming to Tammy’s Playhouse. Children will be dropped off no earlier then 7:00 p.m. and picked up no later then 3:00 a.m. unless parents are paying for overnight care.

Overnight Care

Friday-Sunday

6 Months – 18 Months

Mommy/Daddy’s Day Out

Monday-Friday

6 Months – 18 Months

All children need to be properly dressed before
